our build + bolt metal frame and closed panel modular construction system enables our structures to be affordable, with unrivalled adaptability, countless design options and high end quality that can be rapidly produced and assembled in a sustainable way, without the need to compromise.
our components are precision engineered in hand-picked specialist workshops, and can be assembled on site in as little as one day without the need for heavy machinery. space assembly begins with the foundations, followed by our build + bolt framework to create the structural skeleton.

the pre-wired and plumbed floor to roof components are then placed in, connected up and taped in to the framework, before being secured in to position with all fittings and fixtures pre-installed. an intelligent core control unit is then installed and connected up, providing power and services to the space. depending on the size of the space, an mvhr system (mechanically vented heat and recovery system) would also be pre-installed to aid the continuation of fresh air and movement of heat around the different areas and rooms of the space.
the components we use have not only been handpicked to work best alongside our build + bolt system, but also because they are industry recognised to be capable of achieving passivhaus certification and low energy status - the pinnacle of construction standards - along with their sustainable credentials. in our eyes, good design must be responsible.
every component consideration has been chosen and designed to minimise waste all-round, while reducing manufacturing and construction lead times. not only will the planet be happy, your neighbours will be too, with the components installation including no cutting, drilling or heavy machinery on site. furthering this aim, we source recycled materials as well as responsibly sourced products in all areas of expertise through our list of industry leading suppliers.
exploration into passive ways for comfort, ventilation and thermal control, is also a key element to the our studio's ethos surrounding responsible design.
A HUG OF CONFIDENCE WITH EVERY COMPONENT
.staple | CONSISTENT QUALITY |
our components are manufactured by many specialist and industry-leading suppliers ensuring that in the majority of cases, we are not reliant upon a single factory or production line. we carefully selected these qualified partners to ensure they meet our high quality and capacity expectations. this stronger, more reliable and efficient supplier setup helps us to keep costs low and guarantee continued consistency of our components, as they are all precision engineered in workshops that have carefully controlled environments.

.motto | KEEP IT IN THE FAMILY |
our approach when choosing any of our suppliers is to take a step back from what is considered the norm, and ask ourselves; do their products meet our high standards and exploration into passive, low energy ways? and secondly, do they align with our principles of better design and sustainable living?
